What IT and ICT services does IT Solutions PAD provide in the Philippines?

Do you only work in Metro Manila?

No. Our office is in Bonifacio Global City (BGC), and we deliver projects nationwide. For sites outside Metro Manila we plan a site survey and deployment schedule with you before work starts.

What cabling and network standards do you follow?

We design to internationally recognised standards such as ANSI/TIA-568 and ISO/IEC 11801 for structured cabling, and label and document every installation so your network is easy to maintain and expand.

Does the Data Privacy Act apply to my CCTV and IT systems?

Yes. Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), CCTV footage and records about customers or employees are personal data. The National Privacy Commission's CCTV guidelines (NPC Advisory No. 2020-04) cover things like visible notices, camera placement and how long footage is kept. We design systems with these requirements in mind; for legal advice on your specific obligations, please consult your Data Protection Officer or counsel.

Does my company need to register with the National Privacy Commission?

Registration is generally required if your organisation has at least 250 employees, or processes sensitive personal information of at least 1,000 people, among other criteria set by the NPC. Check the NPC's current rules or ask your Data Protection Officer to confirm whether it applies to you.

What business internet options are there in the Philippines?

Most offices use fibre broadband or a dedicated internet line from a local ISP; remote sites often add fixed wireless or satellite. For business continuity we recommend two connections from different providers with automatic failover, which we can design and configure for you.

Can you move our company to Microsoft 365 or the cloud?

Yes. We plan and carry out Microsoft 365 and Azure migrations, including email, file shares, Teams, user accounts, device management and security settings, with minimal disruption to your staff.
